Commissioning a Custom Tallit:
Each tallit I make is one-of-a-kind and made of silk, lightweight wool crepe or another suitable fabric. The process begins with a client’s vision and we work together over time to bring our combined ideas together. Some decisions are made quickly; others take more time.
I have thousands of embroidery designs in inventory and, if necessary, I can have your custom artwork digitized for embroidery. Additional fees will apply but I will give you the quote before any work is done. Once the design, fabrics and cost have been agreed upon, I will prepare a color drawing to show the layout of the elements. A 50% deposit will be required before I purchase fabrics and trims.
If you are considering a custom tallit, please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks as I often have many projects going at one time.
