Embroidery Order Form

All embroidery is custom made. Usual turnaround time is 7-10 days but can be longer depending on what orders I am working on. You can request a “rush” basis for a small additional fee and I will do my utmost to get the work done quicker.

Please complete the form below and fill in the blanks for every question. That will help me to price your request quickly without asking you to supply the missing information. You can use the comments box to include other details about your project. And please don’t type in all caps! If you are interested in having a custom tallit made, select that option in the “item” field and I will be happy to call you to discuss options.

I recommend that you visit the FAQ and Pricing pages to see what the basic charges are. Prices may be higher for custom designs, extensive color changes or very dense designs. You may send your own fabric only if it is a natural fabric like silk or wool. Most polyesters do not embroider well Please do not pre-cut it to size. I need pieces that are larger than the finished item in order to hoop them properly.
